Versa won't stay connected

I have had my Versa since Christmas. I wear it daily. It worked great until about a week ago. My phone and Versa will connect for about a minute and then disconnect. I have tried everything to fit it. My phone will stay connected to other bluetooth devices so I know it isn't the phone.

Hi, did you already try to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and then release the keys?
