Versa won't sync / Unable to receive Notifications.

I've had my versa since May and it used to sync with my phone.  It was always intermittent and sometimes needed me to click on the "sync now" icon.  But since 12.8.18 I haven't managed to sync it once.  I get a message saying there is a problem with bluetooth, so I've restarted my phone a number of times.  Is there a way to sync it without bluetooth?  Does the charging cable offer a way to sync instead of bluetooth? 

 

The versa seems very unreliable - it doesn't alert me to messages on my phone anymore either.  I think I am going to give up and get a Garmin which was my first choice anyway!

Thanks for sharing your experience with me, I'll be happy to assist you with this issues affecting your Versa. If you're receiving a message saying Bluetooth is off when it's really on, please swipe up to bring up Control Center, then turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds, then turn it back on. After that pull down on the screen until the message disappears. Please note that the Versa does not sync solely by plugging into the charging cable.
