Versa won't sync to my phone after a factory reset

Can't sync my Versa 2 with the app after a fabric settings reset. What can i do?

If you have factory reset your fitbit you will need to go through the setup process again to reconnect it to your account.

In the app go into your profile settings by selecting your profile image on the top left of the main screen and then select "set up a device"

Hi there, @Yuly_gm. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

As @SteveH has said, please note that the difficulties you're now having with your watch, usually happens when you've performed a factory reset without first unpairing the watch from your Fitbit account. With that being said, I'd recommend the following to solve the issue:

• Remove your Versa from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
• Force quit the Fitbit app.
• Turn off the Bluetooth.
• Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
• Turn on the Bluetooth.
• Set up your Versa again.
• If there is no connection, restart your Versa.
