Every now and then, I get this Sync error. I thought it could be my ASUS phone, or me not having wifi, or absence of India support. That's why I am apprehensive of taking the premium feature. I mean what's the point. It gets exasperating with frequent Sync issues. Sometimes restarting phone works, but not always. What do I do?

I'm sorry to hear about the syncing issues that your Versa has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I'm afraid that the ASUS phone is not added in the Supported devices list. This may be the reason why your Versa is not syncing with your phone. However, I'd like you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion which requests compatibility of this device. The more votes this request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our team.
