I just bought the Versa lite on Apr 18 2019, and up until a few days ago it was working well. Ever since the app updated, the Versa doesn't stay synced with my android phone. Judging buy the app reviews, I'm not the only one having this issue. I may be taking the Versa back for a refund. I'm not happy with it now.
Best AnswerTry clearing the Fitbit app cache phone settings, apps, Fitbit, storage, clear cache.
However anytime an app update fails to work properly, i remove the app from the phone and install a fresh, not updated, version.
