Versa won't sync with Huawei Mate 20 Lite

I recently bought a new phone: huawei mate 20 lite. I installed the fitbit app and everything looked fine. But when I woke up the watch doesn't want to sync. I tried restarting (phone and watch), updating my phone, deleting the app, back to first settings but noting works. How do I solve this?

Hey @Bente1711, welcome to the Fitbit Community! As @Marrrmaduke said, there are some phone models that are not compatible with Fitbit devicesDue to Bluetooth issues that prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing, our products aren't compatible with the following phones:

  • Huawei P8 Lite
  • Huawei P9 Lite
  • Huawei P20 Lite
  • Xiaomi Mi 6

You can try some tips to troubleshoot this, so even though I can't guarantee it, please review the tips in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Let me know how it goes!
