Hi @Madalaine What usually works for me is to RESTART  your Tracker. Then go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and unpair the Versa. Turn off Bluetooth and restart your phone. Then you ba k to your Bluetooth settings again and turn bluetooth back on (but don't try to pair the tracker). Then you to your Fitbit app and try syncing again. Good luck.

Hi there, @Madalaine. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa.

I agree with @NellyG's tips and recommendations. Nevertheless, I'd recommend trying those steps in the following order:

  • Unpair your Versa from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.
  • Once your Versa is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Thanks, tried all of this.  It just would find the bluetooth connection, even when i removed all other bluetooth connections.  I reconnected my Charge HR and it found this no problem, so went to try and connect the versa, still wouldnt connect.  I then done a factory rest on the Versa and now it wont even switch on.  So back to using my Charge HR
