Does anyone know why Iam having so much trouble? It sync's one minute then won't for the next 12 hours.The app freezes.I have just updated from Note 8 and had no problems.Help I can't use my fitbit

Hi @sueL-T Unfortunately that phone is not on the Supported Devices List. All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing

However, I'd like you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion which requests compatibility of the Galaxy Note 10+. The more votes this request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.

I would appreciate this getting fixed.I just don't trust my versa anymore and I loved it.

Hi, A word of hope . I have a versa 2 that links to my note 10 plus. The only feature not working is Amazon link. I found that the versa need a long list of permissions. Good luck.
