Hi, bought the Versa today and it will not sync with my phone. I have tried all the recommendations (apart from syncing to different device as I do not have another device). It is driving me insane and about to take it back. Please can someone help, I'm desperate. Thanks.

I done that at least 7-10 times now because it seem to work for only a short period of time and doesn't work again. Its an on and off thing, I guess u just need to be very patient with it. However, after hours and hours of pushing it - I got it to work for once (manage to get the custom clock face to work, and downloading app like spotify or, delete some apps that wasnt necessary).
Despite the fact that I finally managed to get it to work - The process was very annoying and im sure no one ever would want to experience it especially for their first time impression. Anyways, I wish u good luck!

omg I have the same exact phone and the same exact issue!! Its driving me insane!!! Im so annoyed and regret on making this decision of my purchase!!! Fix it soon, Fitbit!!

I have this morning set it back to factory settings, deleted app from phone and connected to wifi and work before starting all over again. It seems to have worked, fingers crossed it keeps working.

It is very annoying and I was still awake at 1am trying to sort it out. If anyone asked I would not recommend it.

I’m having the same problem. My Versa used to sync seamlessly, but since the last update, I have to turn my watch off and on (settings/about/shutdown) everytime. It’s soooo frustrating.
