It's great to see you around @Feraan786.
Keep in mind that in order to properly connect your watch with your phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device. Huawei P10+ isn't a compatible phone, reason why you might experience some connectivity issues.
You can always try the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post, but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
