Versa won’t sync

My Fitbit Versa is in sync all day and it never truly syncs! I can see my Fitbit sync on the app and I can look at the steps that day, but when I open the app the following day it will show 0 for pervious days. Been the issue since I’ve had this for a month. Yes I have tried to reboot my Fitbit and yes I have also done a factory reset and that only works for a day. And I’m tired of doing the factory reset to reset up my watch

Yes this is exactly my problem too, I bought a fitbit for myself and my husband and his is working fine.

I have factory reset mine about 7 times and then it only works for a moment! Sick and tired of it!!! There must be something wrong with some of the watches
