If you are having issues syncing your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.

I'm also having issues and I bought mine 2 days ago, I don't know whether to take back -I've been through all of the suggested steps and it syns occasionally (maybe 2 times a day)but I have the always connected part on and when I try to sync manually it doesn't. Please can you advise if I should return?
