Versa won't sync

I can't connect my new Versa with my app... it keeps loading & loading. I did everything what I found on the Fitbit site... turned my Bluetooth on & off... turned my phone & Versa on & off... deleted the Fitbit app & reinstalled it... nothing helps! Can someone help me please? I have an iPhone 8... &I already had the Fitbit Charge 2 that was working perfect with the app... (& yes I deleted the Charge 2 from Bluetooth & app).

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue by yourself. Upon checking with our support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.
