Versa won't sync

Versa won't sync!  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app then reset watch.  Can't get emails

I'm suddenly having this same issue. It started with the Connected GPS not working on my past few runs, now it is not syncing with my phone at all. 

 

I'm a little scared to do the factory reset and unpair from my phone, fearing that it will only make it worse!

I called Fitbit directly and they talked me through. It was a Bluetooth
non synch with my new phone somehow.
