Versa won't sync

My fitbit versa has stoped syncing with the app since last nigth (19 hours ago). I checked the bluetooth on the phone, turning it off and on, checking Versa permission on my phone, restarting the phone twice, restarting Versa twice, deleting the app and running it again,... nothing worked. Can anyone helped me with this?

Hi @Foroz  I hate syncing problems! What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.

Mine has not synced since the 17th ( says the phone) and I can’t get the versa to completely shutdown.  It is 20 minutes behind on time.  I am really upset with it being.  I can’t figure out how to reset the time but that does not help the syncing issue!

I have LG V 20. I tried all the soloutions mentioned, nothing worked. I got tired and let it go. After 10 hours it started syncing again without me doing anything!

@Foroz  Glad it started syncing again.

@Stillpudgy  Those phones should work with the Versa. Have you tried all the suggestions in the Help Article I linked above. HERE it is again. I dont use iOS so have no knowledge to help you with it Im afraid.

I have exactly the same issue. It started 2 days ago. The WiFi and Bluetooth are on but the Versa wont sync with my iPhone 6 Plus and it keeps losing track of time...

I even tried forcing it to manually sync. The status goes from Looking to Syncing for a few seconds then back to looking
