It started a few days ago when my versa wouldn’t hold a charge. I thought maybe I was pressing a button or altogether doing something wrong but today the screen glitches and pixelated. So I did a reset and just tried to put it on the charger but it wouldn’t charge. I also tried another method/outlet and it still doesn’t work 😞 someone please help
