Versa won’t sync. Tried resetting , turning off , deleting Fitbit app and re-installing

As per the description of your post, it seems that your watch may be no longer linked to your Fitbit account and that would explain the issues you're having. To see when was the last time your watch synced or check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If your watch is unpaired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?. On the other hand, if your watch has syncing difficulties, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Ditto, I have unpaired, reinstalled and updated this morning. The time will not sync. This is throwing off all my metrics as well as being annoying as hell.
