Versa won't sync

My versa wont sync to my phone and keeps losing time

Hi there, @Jay_jay1800. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa. 

If you haven't done so yet, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

Regarding the wrong time, please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. Once you manage to solve the syncing issue, please sync your Versa and the time should be corrected.
