My versa won't turn on after I didn't wear it for a little bit and the battery died. I charged it and tried factory reset but nothing is happening. I checked my app and it's syncing when in the charger but nothing shows on the screen. The lights go off underneath at times but also, nothing happens with the screen. I've had it for just over a year and I'm becoming quite frustrated because it was expensive. Can someone please help me..

Hi there @LolzP, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not turning, I understand why you're feeling frustrated. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for your time and efforts in trying to solve this issue prior to posting here. I'll be glad to continue to help you.
When you performed the restart on your watch, did you feel a vibration? If your Versa did not vibrate, please try the steps below:
If the above steps don't work, at this point I recommend doing a factory reset (before doing so, make sure to remove your watch from your Fitbit account):
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
