My versa screen is not turning on. The device is on, because the lights on the back are on, and there is an alarm that goes off every day. But the screen stays black. I tried to restart, unpair and re-pair, uninstall and reinstall the app, but nothing.
I see there are MULTIPLE people complaining about this type of issue, but I'm not seeing any resolution.
My versa is just over 2 years old, so this very frustrating!

Hi there @MissCaro, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not turning, I understand why you're feeling frustrated. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for your time and efforts in trying to solve this issue prior to posting here. I'll be glad to continue to help you.
When you performed the restart on your watch, did you feel a vibration? If your Versa did not vibrate, please try the steps below:
If the above steps don't work, at this point I recommend doing a factory reset (before doing so, make sure to remove your watch from your Fitbit account):
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
