Versa won't turn on

Twice I have charged my Versa to 100%, but when I put it on there is no display. The app dashboard shows a full battery. I only got it on 22nd July and didn’t start using it til about 11 August. Any ideas?

Have you tried to restart your watch? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I have done that - I get a blurry striped screen then it just goes off

I will try charging it again tonight - might just have to try and return it - got it from Gatwick airport though
