I've had my Versa since around June and not had many problems with it. Randomly it stopped working... I put it on the charger and it turned on briefly but went back off. Now it won't even come on without the charger. Once I remove it from the charging station I cant use it. It won't respond to pressing any button combinations either. The battery is fully charged. I am distraught. I need my device to work I am training for my half marathon and this sucks.

Call fitbit support and get it replaced.

It's great to see you here @MsMorningDew and @GreginJaxFL thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and upon checking with our support team, I was told that you followed our friend's recommendation and created a case, I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you with a solution.
