So, whilst I was at work my Fitbit Versa randomly turned off and when I tried to turn it back on it wouldn't. It's done something similar before however, it usually turns itself back on. I checked the battery on the app from the last time it synced and it was medium. As soon as I got home I put it on charge for a good hour and attempted to turn it on, yet nothing. Anyone got any ideas on what to do?
Also, I have had my Fitbit for about 3 months now.

It's great to welcome you @lozza.g.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your Versa isn't turning on, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

Thank you for responding. I have tried this and nothing has happened. I haven't been able to wear it today due to it not turning on. However, upon retrying again it has worked. The only thing is that my versa has the wrong date and time. Do you know if it will correct itself?
