Versa won't turn on

Hi all hoping someone can help me... got my Fitbit Versa as a present and I was changing the strap earlier and now it won't turn on. All that is coming up on the screen is a red triangle with an exclamation mark in it. I tried a factory reset and although the Fitbit logo comes up for a second it disappears really quickly. Has anyone had this issue or can offer advice? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried restarting restarting your Versa. You can do this by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Had your watch start working after the restart process?

Exact same error with my Ionic last night.  Will not reset with the two or all-three button attempts.  I called support, but they were not able to help.  Please let me know if there is a solution.  Thanks.
