A few weeks ago, I found the temperature and humidity was not updating on my watch face app on Versa. I researched the problem and found from the app developer that Yahoo weather was not transmitting as of the beginning of January 2019 and that I would need to get an API from one of 2 weather providers. The first provider would charge per api call and the second had the ability for a free account with minimal usage. I went with that provider to get the api and all was well for a few weeks. Now, neither the watch face app nor the built-in weather app ave updated the weather since Tuesday, Jan. 22. So, the problem is now with a built-in feature of the Versa itself. I am hoping that Fitbit can come up with a solution since I don’t expect the average user to be hunting for and entering api’s or paying for api’s To get what should be an automatic feature. If there is a solution to fix this, I look forward to hearing it or getting it as a Fitbit update. Thanks.

I went to the apps part of the Fitbit iPhone app and, this time, was able to force a rest close with the weather app. Once that worked, I also checked my watch face -the weather successfully updated
