Versa won’t turn on.

Hello, is anybody having a problem with the versa turning on, I have had the versa since it got released and last night I have charged it and when I was in work today it went off so when u got home I have place it on charge and it told me there was 0% Battery and then it comes on after a few seconds and tells me it 100% charged and then when I take it off the charger it goes blank and I cannot get it to turn on I have tried the hold the buttons for 10 seconds and a hold the 3 buttons for a while and this still won’t work, very frustrated any advice on what I can do next?

Hi, contact Customer Support with your problem. They are able to perform a battery test of your Versa.
