Versa won't turn on

My Fitbit Versa shuts off and won’t comeback on . The only way to get it to come back on is to put it in the charging cradle. Then about 5 to 10 minutes later it shuts off again and won’t come back on.

Hi @Bond88 That sounds really annoying. Have you tried restarting it when it shuts down? What happens if you do that?  Restart your tracker

Try a factory reset and see ifbthat cures the tendency to shut down. Go to the settings app on the Versa and scroll down to About

Please come back if you continue to have problems.

@Bond88 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'll be happy to follow up with the issue that you are experiencing with your Versa since it won't turn on even though you have restarted it and performed a factory reset.

Before I proceed accordingly, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It also contains the steps to restart the Versa but you can skip that steps since you already did it.

If you see that your Versa is still unresponsive, let me know and I'll be happy to help you.

Thank you for your help my friend @NellyG😀
