My Fitbit Versa will not turn on! I put in on the charger several days ago for it to charge overnight. The next morning, I took it off the charger and it was completely black and would not turn on at all. I have done everything I could find troubleshooting wise and still can't get it to come on. Please help! I have had it for a little over a year and am praying I don't have to buy a new one.

I'm literally in the same boat. My battery had been depleting rather quickly the past month or two (always under 20 hours of life with simple use), and now today it won't charge at all. I've cleaned the back of the watch and the charger, switched USB ports, etc. with no luck. My watch even felt warm after sitting in the charger. This is the second faulty Fitbit I've owned (first was a frozen Blaze that, fortunately, was under warranty). I'm following this post to see if there is any resolution.

I'm having the same problem. Versa is only 7 months old. It's fully charged and syncs according to the app.
