Versa won't turn on

My Versa ‘died’ over a week ago. I tried charging. It was warm to touch after 8 hours but would not come on. I’ve tried using different outlets to no avail. Also tried holding down the back button and bottom right button but no logo appears. Held all 3 buttons down and nothing happens. Please advise.

I’m still waiting for help with my Versa. I received an email on 6/19 and replied to it.  But I haven’t gotten help to resolve this situation. I desperately want my Versa to work again! Please help

I have issues with my Versa,  it worked fine driving to Florida then next day the screen went all weird and scrunched up to the top 1/3 of the screen then would go black and not respond to any of the buttons.  I restarted it a dozen times or better over a two or three day period and the screen might have come back for a few moments then would be black again.  I threw it in my bag and left it for about two weeks until I got home.  On a whim I pulled it out and hit the button and low and behold I had a perfectly clear screen that had a picture of a battery and 0 percent charge reading on it. I was shocked.  I placed it on my charger and it seemed OK, but I would catch the screen going wonkey on and off at times, but a restart always seem to fix it.  I have read through and decided to do a factory reset on it as well, so I am going to watch it (no pun intended) and see if any more screen glitches come up.  I was hoping for a software or firmware fix from Fitbit on this issue, but it seems this may just be a defect of this unit that's just luck of the draw.  In the mean time I've picked up a Charge 3 for my main stay tracker.  Sort of sucks since it was only a little over a year old when it started acting up, but I need something reliable.  If this factory reset does anything I'll let post again, in the mean time, you could try letting it sit and drain and see if yours comes back to life as well.
