Versa won’t turn on

So I experienced the famous Versa blue screen of death, searches this forum and found the reset instructions from the moderator. Held back and bottom buttons down... and it turned the screen black. Now it won’t turn on- no matter what I do. HELP!

@Jennten welcome to our Fitbit Community and it's great to see you here @jbenoit211. I'm happy to assist you with your Versa watches since the screen won't turn on even though you tried the restart process before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if your Versa watches come back to life.
