My versa just went dark nothing coming through but receiving texts and phone calls. I cannot see anything. How do I fix this.

Hi @Aku249 , try to do a Factory Reset by pressing and holding all three buttons together untill you feel a strong vibration and after that only release the right lower button and keep the other two pressed untill you see the Fitbit logo. If that happens, your FR succeeded, Realize though that after the FR, you have to setup your Versa all over again in the Fitbit app as it's basically a new watch coming from the Factory. If even this does not work, contact customer support about your problem. regards kuzibri
