Versa won't turn on

My Versa won't turn on, won't charge, and hasn't synced since almost 5 am today. Help, please!

I would try restarting it by pressing and holding the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This is safe and is like rebooting a computer - it can sort out all sorts of issues.

I have tried to restart it, and it won't turn on at all.

If it won't restart or charge then it may be best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options. You can get them via contact.fitbit.com
