Hi all, I clicked shut down and now I can’t get my Versa to turn back on. I’ve tried holding left button for over 10 seconds, then the left and bottom right, then all 3 and nothing? No idea what has happened?

@Katiec1994 , I'm interested to see how/if your issue was resolved. My versa shutdown as a result of the battery dying, but then after being put on charge, it didn't show signs of charging and would not turn back on. I gave up on it for about a week and just got too busy to look into it any further but did a quick search and notice it's been a common reported issue. This week I decided to take out my warranty information and put it back on charge. This time I left it overnight and low and behold, when I got up in the morning it came back on. HOWEVER - it now does not keep its charge. I'm not sure what my next steps are, but it barely goes 8 hours on a charge. Note, I haven't even had it for a full year.

So MJAnderson does your versa problem solved? I think we have the same problems been charging it whole day and while charging only the logo appears but seems it not even charged. Contacted the support team and they emailed me too so I'm just waiting. Hoping they can resolve the problems. And ouh yeah i also havent even got the watch for a year yet. So I dont even know what to do next. I am frustrated tho.

I rang up Fitbit and they are sending a replacement as nothing has worked. Not sure why this happened but hopefully the replacement will be fine
