Hi, I wore my versa to the gym this morning as usual, worked throughout the session, but discovered it wasn't syncing with my phone when I needed to log my lunch only to realise it was off, tried turning it on to no avail. I started off with a nearly full battery by the way. On close inspection, I noticed some condensation inside the what when I looked at the sensor area. What do I do?
Hi @SunsetRunner, just a quick update. I contacted Customer support as advised and the I will be getting a replacement in a few days as my unit is still under warranty.
