I connected my Versa to its charger last night with about 6% battery left. This morning I just had a blank screen. Tried pushing buttons, holding the left and right bottom buttons for 20 seconds repeatedly, same with all 3 buttons, no luck. Also tried using my wife's charger in case that was the problem, again nothing. Any other suggestions?

@Taekwondoforfun it sounds like you have tried their suggestions so contacting customer support may be your best option.

I have the same issue! After the firmware update my battery started draining really fast and then after that, on March 10, it just didn't switch on again. Disappointing because my Fitbit is literally just over a year old and I didn't expect it to have such a poor lifespan. Very disappointed.
