Versa won't turn on

My versa is 100% charged but screen is black. It wont turn on. I tried all the troubleshooting ideas offered here. Theres only one green light on in the back. Pls help! I cannot be without this watch!

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Versa won't turn on. I totally understand how you are feeling as you rely on the watch. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I appreciate the information that the watch is 100% charged, however, just to confirm, please verify if you've tried these troubleshooting steps including a restart: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

I also suggest switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with ANY customer service EVER! After waiting on hold for 40 minutes I finally get a representative who tries some solutions. When they dont work he wants to sell me a new watch for 25% off which by the way, is the mother's day sale promo! No further discount  for my troubles AND my Versa is only ONE YEAR OLD just a tad outside the warranty!!! If I wanted to purchase a new watch every year I would have bought an Apple watch!
