Versa won't turn on

I receive my versa light in December 2019 for Christmas. I’ve only had it for six months and the screen is totally black, it will not turn on at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it did not fixed the issue. I have an Apple phone.  Any help will be greatly appreciate it thank you.

Hi @Toyamc3, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Morning. No, my device does not vibrate when I put it on the charger. But
It did vibrate once I reinstalled it. Also I want to add that it feels hot,
So...I took it off the charger. I forgot to mention that in my first reply.
I took it off to clean and noticed it felt hot. Thank you for helping me
with this issue.

I have the same problem but for me it is vibrating because of the alarm clock and when someone call me ether way I can’t see anything at all !??

Sorry to hear that. My versa, has not worked in 2 days. Totally black. This
morning, it felt hot, so I took it off the charger. I don’t know jets wrong
with it. Hopefully, the help desk will fix it. Thanks for reaching out.
