I took my VersaWatch off and put it in my golf bag yesterday when I hit balls at the range. It had half its battery left as I noticed on my phone when I got home it said 49%. I took it back out of my bag when I got home and tried to put it on and noticed nothing was working. It was not out in the sun it was hidden in a pocket in my bag. I plugged it in for hours and nothing worked I changed outlets and I had just bought this charger a week ago which had worked already. I tried every reset option I saw online and nothing is working. I've owned this watch since last April and I've not dropped it or slammed it anywhere I've taken very good care of it. Can someone please help me?
Best AnswerIt's a known issue at this point, not your golf bag's fault. I'll bet you updated the firmware in the past week, right? My watch worked fine one minute, I checked it again a few minutes later and it was dead. Has been for a couple days now, and nothing I've tried has worked. If yours is less than a year old, Support with replace it. If not, you get to buy a new one!
Best AnswerSame! I just got done speaking on chat with customer service and they said I'm a few months past the one year warranty so the best they can offer is 25% off. They said I've done all the trouble shooting they usually suggest so nothing more can be done. I've had it 1 year and 3 months. So aggravating.
