Versa won't turn on

I took my VersaWatch off and put it in my golf bag yesterday when I hit balls at the range. It had half its battery left as I noticed on my phone when I got home it said 49%. I took it back out of my bag when I got home and tried to put it on and noticed nothing was working. It was not out in the sun it was hidden in a pocket in my bag. I plugged it in for hours and nothing worked I changed outlets and I had just bought this charger a week ago which had worked already. I tried every reset option I saw online and nothing is working. I've owned this watch since last April and I've not dropped it or slammed it anywhere I've taken very good care of it. Can someone please help me?

Hi @Jtschriv Do you notice if the heart rate lights are working?

Have you got yours working? I'm on Day 2 of charging with no luck. Tried every trouble shooter offered. 6 different power outlets still nothing. Frustrating!

Mine did the same. Try pushing all 3 buttons at once after you put a needle in the small reset hole. This is how I got mine working again after heat.

No lights are working unfortunately.

Nope still not working. Left it to charge all night and still nothing
today. So strange that it was working perfectly fine before golf and then
just sitting in my bag for 2 hours somehow caused it to not work anymore...

It's a known issue at this point, not your golf bag's fault. I'll bet you updated the firmware in the past week, right? My watch worked fine one minute, I checked it again a few minutes later and it was dead. Has been for a couple days now, and nothing I've tried has worked. If yours is less than a year old, Support with replace it. If not, you get to buy a new one!

Same! I just got done speaking on chat with customer service and they said I'm a few months past the one year warranty so the best they can offer is 25% off. They said I've done all the trouble shooting they usually suggest so nothing more can be done. I've had it 1 year and 3 months. So aggravating.

I did not update anything actually. I saw the night it stopped working that
I had an update but it had not updated yet. It's just so strange that
before I hit balls it was fine and then when I put it back on when I got
home it didn't work. It's over a year old but looks great with no scratches
on it. The fact that I now have to buy a new one when I don't even have a
clue why this stopped working is very annoying and I doubt I will get
another one of these.

Did you try charging it & pushing all 3 buttons at once? Also resetting it with a needle in the reset hole? I’ve had to do this to mine twice when it has gotten overheated in the last month.

I charged it all night and did the 3 buttons thing too no luck. I see a
little hole on the back on it and tried to push a needle but didnt notice
that I was pushing something in or not. Should I be noticing a "click" of a
button I should be pushing when I have the needle in the hole?

No click noise. You don’t have to do both at the same time. I reset with the needle then did the 3 button hold until the fitbit screen came up. So sorry it’s not working for you!

Thanks! I tried everything and even called fitbits customer service to see
if they could help. No luck unfortunately. Not sure what I'm going to get
not but I already miss not having a watch on my wrist haha.
