Versa won't turn on

After not wearing my fitbit versa for a few days i decided to put it on and now it is not responding. I push the home button and it wont turn on and once in a while when it does turn on I try sliding multiple times and it lags when it does move to my apps. I tried everything from resetting it about 5 times to doing a factory reset but it is not responding. After about 30 minutes to a hour of troubleshooting it died on me. Please help!

I went ahead to check your details with our Support team and I was told that you already have a case created with them. Apparently they've provided you with assistance about this matter.  May I know if your Versa is now working? If not, please let me know so I can continue helping you.

My firbit versa battery got low enough that it died, charged my versa but it's completely dead, won't turn on at all. I've held down several buttons, nothing. I placed it back on the charger and the fitbit got hot so I took if off the charger. It's happened before but eventually turns back on. Not this time

The problem was fixed, but now I have condensation in the back and my versa
is not working at all. Very frustrating and all they offered me was 25% off
a new one

The same thing happened to me and after putting it on the charger all day it was hot to touch and now has condensation above the sensors. It was a replacement for my last Versa and neither one lasted more than a year.

versa will not turn on bought a new charger it got warm but no resonse to oen
