Versa won’t turn on.

My versa went completely dead on Friday night I charged it all day Saturday then tried to turn it back on this morning but my screen is black

mine too.   went black screen.  charging and won't charge...............  😞

Mine too! I took it off the charger this morning, but now just a black screen

Mine too. Had anyone heard anything from Fitbit about it?

I contacted Fitbit about the same problem and they had me to troubleshoot, but I am still having the same issue.

Same exact thing happened to mine this afternoon! I've had it on the charger for hours now and it still won't charge and just a black screen!! Funny how all of us had the same thing happen at around the same time! What is going on??
