This seems to be an issue with the Versa. I went through all the factory resets and it won't turn on. I got it last May as a gift. I was offered a new one at a discount price, but I'm not sure I really want to purchase another one if this is an ongoing issue with Versa. Very disappointing. I used it every day to swim, now I have to look into another fitness tracker.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Hello – the heartrate does not flash. I’ve done a factory reset numerous times and go thru and reset the watch.
Rest of the day it is working. I Go swimming use the swim app. Half thru my swim the fitbit logo appears and stayed until I got home.
Did factory reset time appears but the face is not correct - all the number are on top of each other.
I find a new face and install but the watch does not keep the correct time. The watch shows I have 51% left to the battery
