Versa won't turn on

My versas screen is black and won't turn on. When I put it in the charger the fitbit logo shows and the screen briefly flashes but then when I take it out of the charger I can't turn it on. The app says the battery is full and I fully charges it 12 hours ago.

Hi @Libby741, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. In case the issue persists, contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
