Hi, my Versa display will no longer turn on. I’m still receiving notifications and my steps are being logged, as I can see the total on the app. I have tried the 2-button and 3-button re-sets, but neither have worked. I have also noticed that the battery is draining much quicker than normal. I usually get 4 or 5 days out of a single charge, but I’m only getting a bit more than 24 hours currently.
Any ideas please, as this is quite frustrating.
thanks! 🙂

It could be a fault in the clock face, try changing to a standard Fitbit one as its syncing ok.
And then strangely try restarting the phone, and the watch again.
If that fails try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you.

Thanks for your help.
Unfortunately, that hasn’t worked. I was able to change the clock face successfully and restart my phone, but my Fitbit won’t respond to the 3 button reboot. I’ll try the support page next.
Thanks.

It shouldn't be necessary to do a factory reset.
A restart is just pressing a button. Try recharging it, it should turn it on.
If you already did a factory reset and it's no longer responding after it's charged it may be dead .
Fitbit support may be able to help.

Not great is it. It seems that since Google has taken Fitbit over, the customer support is harder to access too. My previous Fitbit had a fault and it was quickly resolved with a simple warranty claim. When you go to the current support page, you can only message them if you have a Twitter account and both times I’ve looked, the live chat feature hasn’t been operational either.
If I can’t get it resolved tomorrow, I’ll simply bin it and use my normal watch from now on.
