The watch hasn't been used for a while and now it will display the time but says "unlock with your phone". The app says connected to phone but I cannot find anywhere in it to unlock..
Please help.

Hello @Phred181 and welcome to the Community. Did you have a device lock (PIN code) when you used it? Please see this Help article for more information.
Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT !!! remove your Fitbit from your account and try to add it back. This is not the way to troubleshoot your problem. You Versa will be locked and you can't add a locked device to an account. You can't unlock it with your phone once it's removed from your account.
