Versa won't update firmware version

I have the most recent fitbit app version on my phone. I've tried all the troubleshooting recommended. The firmware on my Versa needs updating but there is not an option on my app to actually update it. The app says my device is up to date but it's not. I cannot add any apps to my device because it says to make sure both are updated.

Okay, lets check your current stat to be sure

 

What phone do you have?

 

What Fitbit version do you have

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Help & Support

App Version at the top

 

What watch version do you have?

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Firmware Version at the top

 

Does it say when you check the version that its up to date? - thats because this option doesn't work - it always says that
