Versa won't update

I've just found my versa after moving house and it will not update. I've tried restarting the watch several times, I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, left it plugged in the laptop and nothing is coming up to update the watch. There is no button or function on the app for me to update the watch which is currently running on version 32.33.1.30 (I put the watch in a really safe place that I've only just found!!). Has anyone got any ideas or tips to update the watch please Thank you! 🙂

Accidental hyperlink to nowhere. So sorry! Muscle spasms and a keyboard don't mix very well.

Thanks for your efforts while troubleshooting your Versa and for letting me know about your post. I've gone ahead and edited it so it doesn't contain the hyperlink. In regards to your watch, because it wasn't in use for a while, you'll need to sync it regularly in the next days so your watch can receive the latest firmware version. The Fitbit app will also show you a prompt once the update is ready to be downloaded. I'd recommend to keep the Fitbit app updated and running in the background to ensure your watch's connection.
