Versa won't vibrate when receiving notifications

I’ve done the troubleshooting and vibration works for the alarms but not text or calls. The text are on the Versa and the calls show but no vibration. If this was due to an update, more piloting needs to be done before it gets pushed out

Keep in mind that when you turn on the do not disturb, quiet hours, or driving mode setting on your phone, your Fitbit device receives notifications but won’t alert you. Swipe down from the top of the screen to see your notifications. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
