i just recieved the versa and tryed to connect it to my phone (samsung galexy s7). after trying to add a new device it goes through its thing i give pin then it goes back to the setup screen, no notification of whats happened, its just not setup.
ive tried
restarting my phone
restarting my bluetooth
uninstalling and reinstalling the app
restarting the fitbit
ive tried these multiple times and together but no joy can anyone think of a fix or should i just send it back

Hi, do you have by any chance another Fitbit device installed on your Galaxy s7? If not. read this article about setting up your device. Click the link and after that click on "Trackers and Watches" and choose your watch.

After doing the pin into the app, it may take a while for the app to finish the setup process. What then happens on the Fitbit app?

nothing, but ive tried it on my sisters phone and hers gets an error message hers is an iphone
