Versa wont show clockface customizations

I have a Fitbit Versa and my phone is an LGG6. When I set a clockface that has custom settings it will not show up. It only shows the default. I have restarted my Versa and my phone, turned off and on the bluetooth, switched back and forth between different clock faces, and force stopped the app. Nothing works. I have seen a lot of complaints about this issue and I haven't seen a solution yet that works. This is getting really frustrating, I should have bought an Apple watch. Why is this not being fixed? Any new ideas?

Colors, pictures, ect. When I download a clockface that has customizations and I change them, it doesn't show on my Versa. I can only see the default version. It will show time and stats. It just wont show if I change colors or select a pic for the background. I have tried quited a few different clock faces and they all do the same thing, so I don't think it is a developer issue.

Hi, thanks for your fast reply. I assume that you're talking about Third Party Clock Faces and if yes, some of them are partially or not compatible with the new Firmware Version. Maybe you are just unlucky in this case. As I have also tried a lot of Clock faces, of which some did not do what you describe, and some are really awfully beautifull, I would recommend to you the following: Go to clock faces - all clocks - press the search icon in the search bar on top of the screen on the right side. You will get a new empty screen with on top a search bar. Press on the left side of it the search icon and a cursor will show up. Type in Azara and you will get the Clock Faces developed by him. These are not only faces which are, in most cases, compatible with the new Firmware, but also highly customizable. Only disadvantage is that for some of these Faces you have to pay a small amount of money ($1.1), but they are worth each penny of it. I recommend either "The One", wich is an analog clock face, or the "Digital one", which is in principle the same as the One, but only with a Digital time. I using the Digital one for a long while already and I'm very happy with it. I'm not aware of a clock Face that's so customizable as this one. If you like it and install it, you get a 30 hour trial period to test this out. If you have any questions about customizations of this clock face, please do not hesitate to contact me again, eithet here or by PM, cause all the customizations I made to this clock face work flawlessly. Hope this helps.

BTW, I cooperated with the developer of these Clock Faces in creating "The One", mainly regarding the display of the stats screen.

BTW2. After installing a new Clock Face, did you wait for a few secs to see a refreshed screen telling you "Settings" and "Permissions"? Press the last one and allow them all, press the back button and then press settings and you can customize the face you have choosen as you want to. 

Besides that I keep recommending the Azara Clock Faces, e.g. "The One" and "The digital One". Personally, I prefer the last one.

Hi nice reply and advice. The new Versa 2 cannot be done this way. I’m afraid when you download a watch face it cannot be your default one. Only the FitBit one. If you want to see your new face you need to click button. It then shows your info then  disappears in several seconds back to their default. Very frustrated with them after a very long  conversation on phone and many emails. Will return it if they don’t issue an update very soon.
