My versa screen is just blank..wont charge wont reset nothing will work..i put it away about 2 months ago in its box and tried it again..still the same nothing will work .. This is my 2nd fitbit and this one only last 3 month's..

@Cryweep What happens when you put it in the charger? Do the LED lights blink? Have you tried wiping the charging port with some alcohol and charging from USB port on your computer? Have you tried rebooting (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes)?

I am having the same issue and tried everything suggested above like wiping the charger with alcohol, changing the charger. It only shows 0% when first plugged in and will not charge. I've only had this Versa for about 6 months. I've even tried a wall charger with no luck. Please help.

@Grandbay Try plugging it to USB port on your computer and leaving for several hours with the computer running. If this does not help, I'm afraid you might have to reach out to Customer support to guide you through the next steps.
@Cryweep Let's see what can be done about it, shall we? Whats your Versa firmware version and Fitbit mobile version? Are you using any 3rd party clockfaces that could be causing such drain by running in the background? Does your Versa sync without issues ? When was the last sync? Are you receiving notifications without issues?
